1. 申請期限

請在收到商品後 14 日內電郵申請換貨，並提供訂單編號、原商品及所需尺碼或款式。換貨須先獲批准。

2. 商品條件

換貨商品須符合退貨政策的衛生及商品狀態要求：未穿著、未清洗、未改動，原有吊牌、衛生貼及包裝完整。基於衛生原因，不符合條件的貼身商品不可換貨。

3. 庫存與差價

換貨視庫存而定，我們不會在收到及檢查退回商品前保留庫存。若所選商品缺貨，可選擇其他合資格商品或按退貨退款政策處理。價格較高須補差價；較低差價按原付款方式或雙方同意方式處理。

4. 運費與方式

因尺碼、款式或個人偏好換貨，寄回及再次寄送費用通常由顧客承擔。因經核實的瑕疵或錯誤出貨而換貨，合理標準運費由我們承擔。跨境直接換貨可能改以退貨後重新下單處理。

5. 一次換貨原則

每件商品通常只安排一次換貨。換貨完成後，如仍需退貨，將按退貨及退款政策及適用法律處理。

Exchange Policy

1. Request period

Email us within 14 days after receipt with the order number, original item and requested size or style. Approval is required before return.

2. Item condition

Items must satisfy the hygiene and condition requirements in our Returns Policy: unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags, hygiene seals and packaging intact. Ineligible intimate items cannot be exchanged.

3. Stock and price differences

Exchanges depend on stock and inventory is not reserved before the return is received and inspected. If unavailable, choose another eligible item or proceed under the Returns Policy. Additional price must be paid; a lower difference is handled through the original method or another agreed method.

4. Shipping

For fit, style or preference exchanges, return and re-delivery charges are normally paid by the customer. We cover reasonable standard shipping for a verified defect or fulfilment error. International exchanges may be handled as a return followed by a new order.

5. One exchange

Each item is normally eligible for one exchange. Any later return is handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
