• 為何付款失敗？請核對賬單資料、可用額度及銀行限制，或改用結帳頁提供的其他方式。

配送

• 何時出貨？付款確認後按配送政策處理；高峰期、預售及核實訂單可能較久。
• 如何追蹤？如承運商提供追蹤服務，我們會發送追蹤資料。
• 會否收取關稅？跨境訂單可能由目的地徵收稅費，除結帳頁另有說明，一般由收件人承擔。

尺碼與商品

• 如何選尺碼？請參考商品頁尺碼表，並按量度結果選擇；不同款式的版型可能不同。
• 圖片顏色完全相同嗎？螢幕、燈光及批次可能造成輕微差異。
• 如何保養？請以商品洗標為準；一般建議冷水輕柔清洗、使用洗衣袋並自然晾乾。

退換貨

• How do I confirm my order? A confirmation is sent after successful payment. Check spam and contact us if it is missing.
• Can I amend or cancel? Email us immediately. Changes or cancellation are not guaranteed after processing or dispatch begins.
• Why was payment declined? Check billing details, available funds and bank restrictions, or use another checkout option.

Delivery

• When will it ship? Processing begins after payment confirmation; promotions, pre-orders and verification may take longer.
• How do I track it? Tracking is sent where the carrier provides it.
• Will I pay duties? Destination charges may apply to cross-border orders and are normally the recipient’s responsibility unless stated at checkout.

Sizing and products

• How do I choose a size? Use the product size chart and your measurements; fit can vary by style.
• Will colour exactly match the image? Screens, lighting and production batches can create slight differences.
• How should I care for it? Follow the care label. Gentle cold washing, a laundry bag and air drying are generally recommended.

Returns and exchanges

• How do I request one? Email within the applicable period with the order number, reason and any required photos. Do not send items without approval.
• Can lingerie be returned? Underwear, swimwear and other hygiene-sensitive items must retain the hygiene seal and satisfy all return conditions. See the Returns and Exchange Policies.
• When will I receive a refund? Approved refunds go to the original method; posting time depends on the bank or payment provider.
