1. 適用範圍

本政策適用於透過 MUTHY 網站完成的訂單。可配送地區、運費、免運門檻及可用配送方式，以結帳頁當時顯示為準。

2. 訂單處理

訂單付款確認後，我們通常會在合理時間內處理。週末、公眾假期、促銷活動、預售商品或訂單資料需核實時，處理時間可能延長。商品寄出後，我們會在可行時提供追蹤資料。

3. 配送時間及費用

結帳頁顯示的送達時間僅為估算，並非保證日期。實際時間可能受目的地、承運商、海關、天氣、旺季或其他不可控制因素影響。所有運費及適用稅費會在付款前顯示，或由目的地機關另行徵收。

4. 地址與派送

顧客須提供完整、正確且可派送的地址及聯絡資料。訂單提交後如需更改，請盡快電郵聯絡；若已出貨，可能無法修改。因資料錯誤、拒收或逾期未領而退回的訂單，重新寄送費用可由顧客承擔。

5. 延誤、遺失或損壞

若追蹤長時間沒有更新、顯示已送達但未收到，或包裹到達時明顯損壞，請在合理時間內聯絡我們，並提供訂單編號、照片及相關資料。我們會協助向承運商查詢；補寄或退款將視調查結果及適用法律處理。

6. 關稅與進口費用

跨境訂單可能產生關稅、進口稅、清關費或其他費用。除結帳頁另有明示，該等費用通常由收件人承擔。顧客有責任確認目的地的進口限制。

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to orders placed through the MUTHY website. Available destinations, shipping methods, charges and free-shipping thresholds are those shown at checkout.

2. Order processing

We begin processing after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer on weekends, public holidays, during promotions, for pre-orders or where verification is required. Tracking details will be provided where available.

3. Delivery estimates and charges

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Actual timing may be affected by destination, carrier, customs, weather, peak periods or events beyond our control. Charges shown before payment exclude destination charges unless stated otherwise.

4. Address and delivery

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery and contact details. Contact us promptly for changes; changes may not be possible once dispatched. Re-delivery costs arising from incorrect details, refusal or non-collection may be charged to the customer.

5. Delay, loss or damage

For stalled tracking, a parcel marked delivered but not received, or visible damage, contact us within a reasonable time with the order number, photographs and relevant information. We will assist with a carrier investigation; any replacement or refund depends on the outcome and applicable law.

6. Duties and import charges

Cross-border orders may attract duties, import taxes or clearance fees. Unless expressly included at checkout, these are normally the recipient’s responsibility. Customers should check destination import restrictions.
